On Tuesday 7 May 2019 the Cirencester Deer Park School PE Faculty hosted the District Athletics Trials, with 12 local secondary schools in attendance. 

Our thanks to the Deer Park staff and pupils who helped set up and run the event, making it such a success. 35 Games Captains, Young Leaders and Talent ID pupils (in Years 10  to Year 7) helped out and we received many comments from other schools saying how professional and helpful our pupils were – they really were a credit to the school and worked very hard throughout, showcasing that we are a leading school in sports leadership within the district of Stroud & Cotswold.

To qualify for the County Championships this year, competitors had to finish in the top 2 places, rather than top 3 as in previous years. Congratulations to the following Deer Park pupils who are in the District team for the Gloucestershire County Championships on Saturday 8 June:
