Christmas jumper day
To tie in with our Christmas Lunch on Thursday 15 December, we are holding a Christmas Jumper Day, raising money for Save the Children and local charity SCWAD, Swindon Children Without A Diagnosis, as well as food donations for the Cirencester Foodbank.
Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 15 December is NOT a full non uniform day - it relates just to pupils' and staff jumpers or cardigans. 50p tickets will be available closer to the date or pupils and staff can donate non-perishable food items for our local foodbank - there will be a trolley in Reception. At this time of the year, it is always worth reminding ourselves that there are those in the world less fortunate than ourselves.
Last year many staff and pupils across the school took part in this worthwhile and colourful day! Pupils may already have a festive jumper, they may be planning on buying one or they might decide to create one themselves by decorating a plain one.
Christmas Lunch will be served in the Hall on Thursday 15 December - traditional festive lunch with all the trimmings or a vegetarian alternative. Gluten free option available. Lunch will be served with mince pie (£2.25) or, for an additional cost, xmas pudding (£2.70). The Hall will be serving Xmas Lunch only but the Atrium will be open as usual. Packed lunches, please eat in the Atrium.
Remember, our Carol Service takes place at 7pm on Tuesday 13 December at the Parish Church in the Market Place, Cirencester.
