Festive Online Auction The Friends of Deer Park are this year again running a Festive Online Auction - raising funds for equipment and initiatives to enhance all pupils' learning across the school. The auction, which includes a range of experiences as well as physical items, opened on Friday 29 November and closes at midnight on Monday 16 December 2024. 'Light and Colour' Calendar 2025 The Friends' 2025 Calendar is now on sale for £10, featuring twelve images created by pupils in Years 7-11. The calendar includes Inset Days and School Holidays. Carol Service Parents, family and pupils are invited to our Carol Service on Tuesday 10 December at 7pm in the beautiful setting of St John the Baptist Church, Market Place, Cirencester. Do join us at this annual event organised by our Expressive Arts Faculty, with a variety of performances, including the Year 7 song, and readings. The service should be finished by approximately 8.30pm. |
Christmas Jumper Day To support Cirencester Foodbank and members of our local community, we are holding a Christmas Jumper Day on the penultimate day of term, Thursday 19 December. Wear a Christmas Jumper to school in return for a donation of a food item(s) or minimum of 50p. Please NO Christmas-related donations. Find out more... |
Christmas Lunch Pupils and staff are invited to sit down with their friends in the Main Hall for Christmas Lunch on the penultimate day of term, Thursday 19 December. Roast Turkey, Quorn Roast or Mushroom & Caramelised Onion Tart, plus Christmas pudding or mince pie. Gluten-free versions need to pre-ordered by Monday 11 December. There will be sandwiches and baguettes in the Atrium. Make sure that your smartcard is topped up. |
Final Day of Term School will finish at 1pm on the last day of term, Friday 20 December. Parents/carers should look out for more information about buses in the weekly newsletter. |
