Lockdownload Conversation #2: James Johnson
former Deer Park Assistant Head, now living in Belgium

If you have you ever wondered what it would be like to emigrate and what is it like living and working in a different country, with a different language and different culture, then listen to our Lockdownload Conversation #2. Find out about one family’s recent experience of relocating to the European mainland as we talk with James Johnson, former Assistant Head at Deer Park, about his experience of relocating to Belgium last year. Pupils can also find out how School Dog Cosmo has coped with the move!

This Lockdownload Conversation should be of interest to anyone but particularly perhaps to pupils who are interested in Languages, European Culture and Geography. Listen to the Lockdownload Conversation below.

Isabelle in Year 9 commented: “I loved Mr. Johnson’s conversation about moving abroad, it linked to when I moved from America to England. However it also gave me an incredible insight into how it was to move to a different language speaking country. It was very engaging, educational and super fun!"
