As many of us increase the amount of online shopping we do in the run up to Christmas, did you know that you could be raising money for The Friends of Deer Park School whilst shopping online? The Friends are a link between parents and school and they are involved in parent consultations, as well as raising funds and selling used uniform. If you register 'Friends of Deer Park School - Cirencester' as your Good Cause with easyfundraising, the next time you shop at Amazon, Argos, John Lewis, Next, Tesco (to name but a few participating retailers) you could be earning money which can be turned into a donation for us. Anyone can do this, so do please ask friends and family to sign up too. Thank you.
Do you have any outgrown Deer Park uniform of good quality? The Friends of Deer Park always welcome donations of good quality used uniform to boost their used uniform stock. Items are offered for sale at parents' evening events, raising money for The Friends of Deer Park and enabling parents to buy less expensive items of uniform. Please send clean items in to Reception, clearly marked FAO The Friends of Deer Park. Thank you.
Would you like to be involved with The Friends? This friendly group of parents and staff representatives meet once a term to arrange events and discuss issues raised by parents/pupils. However, you do not need to commit to each meeting if you would prefer to help out on a more ad hoc basis. Why not contact The Friends and find out how you could help or come up and chat if you see us at a school event!
