Youth Market
Cirencester Youth Market returns.
Organised by the Cirencester E4 Education Group (Deer Park and KIngshill Schools, Cirencester College and the Royal Agricultural University) with Cirencester Town Council, the Cirencester Youth Market returns on Wednesday 22 March, 10.30am – 2.30pm in the Market Place, in the centre of Cirencester.
"We are really pleased to be part of the Cirencester Youth Market. This is a great opportunity for our budding entrepreneurs to design, make and sell their upcycled products. Pupils are looking forward to Wednesday 22 March - come along and see us!" Cath Brace, Assistant Head
The E4 Education Group looks to promote and support youth enterprise in the town. Pupils in our Coaching Centre are busy with staff designing and creating wonderful items to sell at the market. MDF offcuts from our Design Faculty, sweets tubs, paint, nail varnish and ribbons from staff have been upcycled to make lovely blackboards, notepad holders, hanging decorations and gift tags.
There will be musical entertainment throughout the day at the Youth Market, including the Deer Park Steel Band playing from midday to 12.30pm.
Please come along and support the young people of Cirencester.
